4. Reflect on how guarding your heart is an act of worship, and an expression of love for God.

🙏 Prayer
"Father, I confess I’ve allowed many voices to speak louder than Yours.
My heart has been distracted, worn out, and sometimes even hardened.
But today, I return to You.
Help me to guard my heart—not out of fear, but out of love for You.
Make my heart tender again. Let it be a wellspring of purity, joy, and peace.
Silence the noise within me so I can hear You clearly.
In Jesus’ mighty name"
