📖 John 19:28 (NIV)
"Later, knowing that everything had now been finished, and so that Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, 'I am thirsty.'"

🔍 Meditation

1. Jesus, the Creator of living water, said, “I am thirsty.” This shows His full humanity—He really suffered.

2. He didn’t say this just for physical relief. He said it to fulfill Scripture (Psalm 69:21) and to complete the plan.

3. On the cross, He thirsted—so that we could be forever satisfied by Him.

4. When our souls feel dry, we can come to Jesus. He knows what thirst feels like—physically and spiritually.

"Jesus, thank You for becoming thirsty so I could be filled.
When my heart feels dry or distant, lead me back to You.
You are the Living Water. Satisfy my soul again.
In Jesus’ mighty name"
