⬜️ Day 7 is simple: come to Jesus and rest.

🟨 Rest is not just sleeping or doing nothing.
Rest is letting your heart feel calm with God.

🟧 Try this today:
First, be quiet for one minute (no talking, no screens).
Then whisper, “Jesus, I am here.”
Finally, take three slow breaths and let your heart settle.

🟥 Even now, the Lord speaks
“Stay with Me.
You are not behind.
Let Me restore you.”

✝️ “Be still, and know that I am God.”
(Psalm 46:10)

🙏 Pray Together
Heavenly Father, when my heart feels busy and loud, bring me peace.
Help me be still with You.
Thank You for giving me rest.
