1. Choose based on your child’s language ability, preferences, and level of biblical understanding.

2. Note that these recommendations for younger and older students are not absolute; they’re just for guidance.

3. We’ve excluded shorter bedtime Bible storybooks, though there are many options available for younger children.

4. The goal for younger students is to cover Bible characters and events.

5. Older students can start learning basic outlines of all 66 books of the Bible.

6. For youth, the focus should shift to core concepts of Christian faith, preparing them for greater understanding as they grow.

For example:

• God - The Creator and sovereign ruler over all things, embodying love and holiness.
• Jesus Christ - God’s Son who died on the cross for humanity’s sins, offering salvation.
• Holy Spirit - God’s presence within believers, sent after Jesus’ ascension.
• Salvation - The gift of eternal life and freedom from sin through faith in Jesus.
• Bible - God’s Word given to guide faith and life.
• Prayer - A way to communicate with God, sharing thoughts and seeking guidance.
• Faith - Trust in God and His promises.
• Cross - The symbol of Jesus’ sacrificial love and salvation.

PS. We’ve left out preschool and kindergarten options here, as for younger children, Bibles with colorful illustrations and simple language are most helpful. Also, regardless of age, the most important thing is for children to enjoy Bible reading with their parents’ involvement.

1. 아이들 언어 수준에 따라서/ 기호에 따라서 / 성경 지식의 이해력에 따라서 / 맞추어 주셔야 합니다.

2. 아래의 저학년 고학년 나눈 기준은 절대적이지 않고 상대적인 것임을 이해 하시고, 참고 해주시면 좋겠습니다!

3. 저학년들을 위한 베드타임 짧은 성경 이야기 책들도 많고, 다양한 종류들은 우선 제외 시켰습니다.

4. 궁극적으로 저학년때에는 성경 인물/ 사건 이야기들을 다 배웁니다.

5. 고학년 때에는 성경 66권의 기본적인 아웃라인들을 배웁니다.

6. 유스로 들어가면서 부터는 기본적인 기독교 신앙의 개념들을 적립해나갈수 있도록 교육시켜야 합니다(입교 준비)
